Ruth told Naomi, in the book of Ruth 1:16-17, “I will go with you. Your people will be my people. Your God will be my God.” Together, they went back to Bethlehem, where Naomi was from. if I didn’t mention Naomi’s comments in verses 19-21. This story is very much about her as it is about Ruth. God cared and understood both of them. He cares equally about what is happening in your life today!
When Naomi returned, she changed her name from Naomi, which means “sweetness,” to Mara, meaning “bitter.”Naomi said the Almighty had dealt very bitterly with her. She left full and is coming back empty. God doesn’t do all that emptying without plans to bring a shift, to pour back in and refill your life. Do not be discouraged if there are delays. The work He is doing requires your to cooperation. He is looking for your yes, there comes a time to fully commit and trust in God and allow Him to complete His work that He started in you!

He will not fail you. Just remember to align yourself with Him and His will. This is a beautiful beginning for a turnaround and a fresh start. It will happen in His time, and your heart will rejoice and be full.

Both Naomi’s and Ruth’s hearts was filled with heartache. They both were widows. Naomi grieved the loss of her husband and also suffered double heartbreak from the deaths of both her boys. Ruth’s husband died. He left her without an heir. She was in the middle of a famine. In a foreign land, they had no providers.
In this section of the text, I saw plainly the season of the “dark night of the soul.” A time of reduction and loss. A period of mourning and healing trauma. It is a time of spiritual famine. Spiritual growth feels more limited than ever. You sense an emptying of self. Everything seems meaningless. Identity and purpose are uncertain. It is a time of self-discovery and doubt. It is also a time of questioning and pondering. You cling to the hem of His garment and cleave to His breast. This is a time of stillness. This is a serious time to trust in His leading as if your life depends upon it. It is also a time of sitting at His feet. You wait for Him to guide you. Allow Him to navigate you through this pathway. It is a crucial moment in your spiritual journey.
This is your own personal experience and breakthrough. It is essential and important for your development and testimony of God’s goodness and faithfulness in your life. This growth will aid your progress as you cross over into your new life hidden in Christ.
It is an important, an intense time of seeking and searching out God, who has seemingly withdrawn Himself. Likened to the Shulamite woman in deep distress, seeking and searching after her beloved. Song of Solomon 3:1-4 Which is similar to a deep yearning for the Lord, who is calling you into His bosom. He must withdraw and withhold from you. This withdrawal will begin a journey that will bring you into a closer relationship. It is a great opportunity to seek God. Take time to journal. Ask Him questions to help you find Him and His will during this difficult time. Remember, He doesn’t tear down within without rebuilding something beautiful in you!
Can you see how her storyline evolved and how it relates and compares to your story? Have you processed in similar ways along your journey with God? Can you relate to feeling so full one season that you thought nothing could surpass your joy? Then suddenly, you find yourself in a situation of famine and despair?! You wonder, how did this ever happen?! You don’t know how you got to the place, and you’re not sure how you will get out. You feel stuck! Don’t fret; trust God is not finished writing your story! He is aware of what work needs to be done in you.

This is the season of humbling and yielding to God. I am so grateful for these special moments in the Word. You can read and identify with them by understanding the process that individuals before you walked. It isn’t always fun to talk about, but it’s always necessary and needed. I believe you will learn from this experience. You will understand what is going on in your walk. You will see a path through. That is why the Bible is so important for you to open and read. You need to know things will work out for your good! Amplified Romans 8:28 “And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good. This is for those who love God. It is for those who are called according to His plan and purpose.”
When your vision is dimmed and your ears are dull, you quietly live through His lens. This allows you to hear His still small voice. The Lord is engaged in a deep-inner work below radar. This process is emptying out self and bringing about an absolute, and full surrender. During this time, you must press into surrender. Submit and cry out to Him. Invite and permit Him full access to everything in your life. This allows Him to complete the necessary transition, that will lead you to a transformation. He won’t go where He isn’t invited. So continue asking Him to complete this process. This will eventually lead to an exchange of your will for His and His desires. You will find a renewed authenticity and purpose for your life.
Galatians 2:20 “Christ lives in me. I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. The life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God. He loved me and gave Himself for me.”
During a famine, Naomi and her husband left home for a foreign country, Moab. It was not rooted in their own culture and faith. Their sons married women who were not from their homeland. These women were raised to worship Chemosh, a Canaanite deity, as their god. The woman had to see a difference of their beliefs and Naomi’s walk of faith. Naomi was influential to the women. They were her family, she taught the woman how to live a godly lifestyle, by example. The Bible text reveals from what Ruth shared, her mother-in-law’s God will become her own God. Ruth saw a huge difference between how she was raised and how her husband was raised. The contrast was clear to her. She must have known this was the lifestyle she wanted to live.
Naomi came back home limping from the past season. Empty, no husband, no sons, and unknown to her, they were on the precipice of a new day. It was the beginning of the harvest of winter. She paid the price for her next harvest. God was about to give her hearts desire. Ruth and Naomi was going to be filled to the brim with joy and laughter.

Ruth went to the field to glean wheat left for those in need to provide food for them. Boaz owned the field and was a relative of Naomi’s husband. He noticed her and told his people to put out extra food and be kind to her. Boaz is considered a type of Christ as a redeeming kinsman. In ancient times, a relative would marry a woman who was a widow in the same household. He would become her primary care provider and protector. God was about to bless Ruth with a husband and a son. Naomi would become a grandmother and eventually a great grandmother. Her life would influence her extended family. It would change the lives of future generations, which indeed was influenced as well as transformed.
Jesus becomes your redeeming kinsman and gift. He is your advocate and protector. He is with you in all aspects of your journey. He spends time to reveal His love, and woos you and courts you. You develop trust in His presence and intimacy. He draws you in, and you fall deep in love with Him. Like the Shulamite woman in Songs of Solomon declares, “ I have found the ONE whom my soul loves.” Song of Solomon 3:4 His purpose and goal is also to establish, perfect, and do a complete work in you.

The Lord becomes your knight in shining armor (on the white horse). He becomes yours forever and ever! Jesus is your hearts’ true home, and where you belong! He is your beloved, and you are His! You must learn to rely on Him alone. He devotes Himself to you and begins His work in your heart to establish His kingdom within. Then He can work on additional companionships, friendships and bring your Boaz. After He alone becomes your all in all!
God blessed Ruth’s commitment to her mother-in-law and to Him. She forsook all her idols and family to go with Naomi for a new beginning. She didn’t want to return to the past, to her old ways and life. She was ready to release her all and surrender and move forward with God. She let go and let God.
Perhaps she wanted to see the new things He would bring. She was willing to go, regardless of what would happen. She was also open to allowing God into her heart along the journey. God processed her. Daily, she was pressed and crushed, just as she would crush the wheat to make the bread. She gathered sticks to make a fire to bake bread. Similarly, she had to rekindle her heart with fervent passion and burn hot in love for Him, above all else. He also worked in her life and groomed her, making her into His own image. He was faithful to provide her daily needs. He made a way for her and Naomi during a time of great famine. Jesus is faithful to His own, no matter what season you find yourself in. He is with you every single step along the way. He isn’t in a hurry for growth. He just asks you to keep the pace. In time, you will get to the place you need to be. Just trust Him every step of the way.

Ruth sought God alone, and along the way, He gave her Boaz at the right time. Darkness must always give way to the sunrise of a new day and a fresh beginning. Trust God for your breakthrough.
Boaz and Ruth married and had children. She made a home with him and found a new land with favor and blessings. Naomi is also a partaker in this happy family development. Ruth became the great-grandmother of King David and was a part of Jesus’ lineage. God transformed her life because she was willing to follow after Him and Naomi. Ruth learned to seek God for her own life. He had become real to her. He established a personal relationship in her heart throughout her spiritual journey.
God met her at her point of need and transformed her life for the better. He removed her widowhood mentality and took away her grief. He healed her mind and comforted her heart. He also lifted fear and uncertainty of her future, and gave her a beautiful life only she could imagine. She is still a prominent figure in biblical history. Her life is a testament of transformation, showing the glory of Jesus Christ. This glory manifests in what He does in you when you permit it. Allowing Him access is key to achieving overcoming victory.

I believe she was blessed and happy in her marriage to Boaz. They had a wonderful relationship, built on deep respect, and enjoyed rich communication. She was fulfilled by the love of God that He poured out upon her. When God brings about changes, He adds no sorrow to it. God transformed her life from a barren desert to a well-watered garden. He desires to do this work in your heart. You must lay down your life and yield to the workmanship of His hands. Give Him the time needed to do what is necessary within. She transitioned into becoming Ruth, with a new God-given purpose. She embraced a restored spirit and a new identity and life. She found a brand-new love with Boaz. More importantly, she discovered a rich, deep well of love, joy and satisfaction with now her Lord.
BECOMING MARY- MAGDALENE

Becoming Mary Magdalene has a different feel to me perhaps than anyone in scripture. She appeared to have had so many multi-faceted issues that Jesus delivered her from seven demons. She was shunned, shamed, tormented, bound to sin, and mentally shackled. She may have been exposed many various factors that shaped her personality. Her wounds would have caused significant damage, pain, and fragmenting of her soul. Demons are attracted to mental abuse and trauma; they thrive on it.

Her darkened mind had no worth, no value, or identity of her own. Her life was in ruin because she spent it all for the pleasure of others. Her heart was a welcome mat of abuse and cruelty. She was mistreated and wrongly perceived. She was more than likely mocked, shamed, and disrespected. She certainly was used up by men and woman, stripped within of self-love, of dignity, and of self-respect. She was tormented by the negative voices of her inward world. The memories of pain shackled her to the past, that cause her own voice and identity to be lost.
But on that day, when she met her precious Savior. Jesus saw her through the light of His Father’s eyes. He saw her true purpose in Him. He walked straight into her dark, empty heart, and filled her with the light of His redeeming love. She was also enthusiastic with the joy and unspeakable happiness she received. Thankfully, Jesus didn’t leave her in that condition. He rescued her. He won’t leave you either. Just invite Him into your corner of pain and suffering. He will come and begin a good work in you.
Can you imagine her heart would have been overwhelmed with gratitude within the difference she experienced. One day, trapped, and the next day, liberated and free. She had a calling, a purpose to share her testimony, and to minister effectively to many. She became a devoted follower of Jesus. She also had the financial means to support the ministry.
What unspeakable joy which she never thought possible to experience. Her life was consecrated to serve, and never looking back. He developed and healed her mind and her heart to receive His love and she had a great passion for His presence. Her actions showed thankfulness and gratitude because the devotion arose from His compassion, mercy, and grace for her salvation. He met so many other needs in her life. She would be loyal to Him for the rest of her life.
Just imagine the impact Jesus had on changing her life! I would say very dramatic. Doesn’t it bless you to know He is still alive and working miracles and in your life as well?! No matter your need, great or small, you can draw upon His strength. He has no limitations.
What is your need today? Have you lost the sense of His voice leading you? Are you bound by sins, and depression? Is oppression hovering around your life? Have you lost your first love? Have you sunk into the pit of doubt and unbelief? When will you seek Him and cry out for freedom? He will be right there. Don’t let the demons lie and keep you entrenched and trapped in their darkness. Ask Jesus to shine His light in your heart. Let Him bring you freedom and truth. This will heal and deliver your mind. He needs your mind and heart healed, to do that great work for others you will impact.

History shows she traveled with Jesus and the disciples. She followed Him in the crowds. She was present at the cross with Mary, mother of Jesus, and the disciple John. She was the first person the resurrected Jesus revealed Himself to. “He told her not to cling to Him, because He had not yet ascended to the Father.” John 20:17. You read she clung to the Lord, the meaning of clinging is to adhere or stick firmly. It implies to be close and hard to separate from, especially because you need them in every way. Isn’t it wonderful you can devote your entire existence to the Lord? He wants you to cling to Him. It’s ok to be needy. It’s ok to adhere to Him as your all in all!
The disciples didn’t seem to qualify her. They also didn’t believe the Word Jesus gave her to speak. You can observe this easily, because they ran ahead of her to make their way to the garden. Did the disciples ever wonder why Jesus appeared to her first, instead of one of them? If they did perhaps they may have seen Jesus esteemed her to be a great apostle among them. She was humble and a broken soul that was renewed by Jesus. He restored her own identity and gave her true purpose and healed her from many years of pain and suffering.
She seemed to still be silently suffering inside. She endured persecution in her heart from being dissed and overlooked by the men. But now, the persecution was due to the growth and intimacy she developed with Him. This growth came from her dependence on the Lord. She suffered as a believer even among other believers. It could been spiritual warfare from the development of loyalty she had with the Lord. The depth of love she had received was strong as well as impactful to her inward heart. His love was a solid foundation she craved, and the stability which she could finally trust with all her weight.

Can you see in the past you have placed dependence upon others? You used them as an anchor to fill the void in your own life. Jesus is now revealing these areas so you can heal and recognize the old sinful patterns. Mary had to relearn how to think and renew her mind. She had to change many patterns and perceptions of idolatry in her own life and repent. This is how the healing process is, and knowing you need Him alone. It’s ok to be alone with Jesus. He will do more for you than anyone else. Allow Jesus to take His rightful seat as Lord and Master of all. He deserves to have His throne raised high in your heart. He will help you grow and evolve from within your fleshly nature and you will develop into this. Purge and empty out all your toxic thoughts. If you’re not sure, invite Him, and ask Him to search anywhere you have used as protective mechanisms. Be willing to let down and let go of your strongholds of control over your will and life. Release the fortresses and walls. These are the things that you have clung to in the past. Now, like Mary you’re clinging on to Jesus. Then watch Him emerge as true possessor and master of your new identity in Him. You will feel and see the difference between the two. His life and strength will be manifested in your spirit.
You will find a newfound joy bubbling within, and living your best life through His! This process takes time to complete the spiritual maturity, healing, developing patience, courage, and discipline to say no to self, on repeat.

Her heart was so full of love, and compassion birthed from His heart to hers. She was in darkness for so long. This happened because when she allowed Jesus to gain entrance and access into the depths of her soul. He came in, and opened her up and His light shined bright upon her. He redeemed her from sin’s grip. She was grateful for His mercy. He delivered her and also restored to her from the many wasted years. Her story is great, and is immensely valuable. He transformed her into a woman of faithfulness, loyalty, leadership, walking in love, with wisdom, integrity, and strength. She introduced a pure display of intimacy and affection for the Lord that many tried to corrupt through worldly interpretation.
Her life was truly a journey of profound transformation. It will never be forgotten as one of the closest to Jesus. Can you see the impact her story has on you today after reading?
BECOMING MARY—OF BETHANY.
Mary of Bethany learned best by sitting at the feet of Jesus. Her focus was on listening and understanding the true meaning and purpose of her life. Mary was commended for her action of sitting, which is a type of rest, being in a position in which one’s weight is supported. She learned to develop a strategic approach to gain into the entry of heart of God. She was humble, hungry, and seeking the truth. She was destined to develop an intimacy and understanding the knowledge of the spoken words of Jesus which trained her heart to minister. This knowledge fine-tuned her voice of experience as an expression that defined her identity in Him.
The journey into the depths of the heart of God relies on your willingness to let go of self. You must answer God’s call on your life. There will always be a high cost to pay! Mary of Bethany sat at His feet with purpose. She poured out the expensive fragrant oil. She anointed His feet and wiped them with her hair. The aromatic scent filled the room with the costly ointment. A new birthing of intercession and worship developed at His Majesty’s feet. Which was not the normal way it was done. She wept at the beautiful revelation as the Lord showed His purpose of the cross. She understood His death and burial. She realized the importance of the redeeming kinsman. That is why she was led to go uninvited to the house where He was eating. It cost her reputation. There were complaints of the waste of money, and she faced rebuke. Yet again, the call and leading of God were paramount to her. She would answer to this call regardless of the price.

Are you willing to pay the price for the next leg of your journey? Will you embrace the levels He desires to take you to? What price will you pay to achieve the fulfillment of your promises? Dying to self will be the greatest reward for you to achieve in your calling. Overcoming the strongholds keeping you from achieving your full purpose is essential. Obedience to Him and doing His will is the most noble act of love you could ever give.

It was her pleasure and honor to serve Him regardless of the outcome. Her obedience was the most valuable gift she could give to the Lord. Noone gave Jesus honor in His life or offered Him respect and recognition as an esteemed guest in this world. He didn’t come with kingly robes, or any thing that was priestly. Yet Mary was commended on this action from the Bible standpoint. She recognized and honored Him as King of All Kings. She wept in prayer and gave Him the highest praise. She poured out the extravagant gift of love, which she devoted herself to Him. During the years she sat and listened to Him, she developed a keen discernment. The revelations she received were part of the cost and price she would pay. She also was honoring Him as her rightful King and leader, and cleansing his feet. Later, He would be also cleansing the disciples feet. He taught them something significant. “Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master. Nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.” John 13:16
She learned the art of sitting still at His feet. Listening in the stillness can be loud at times. The Lord has a blueprint for you to follow. These paths can be taught only by the act of learning from the stillness. You can see meaningful messages and important imagery just from the silence. You must learn to quiet your mind, center your spirit to listen, to reflect, ponder, and pray before any labor. These actions reveal what the Lord desires. Waiting on God to show you how to prepare and proceed moving into service.
Jesus did not deny Mary this time of growth and development, even when Martha had much work duty and complained. You can see a trend of revelation here. Before you can be used by God, you will have a good deal of time sitting at His feet. You need to learn how to listen. Listening to Him speak, and being open to the calling He is developing in your heart. You must know how to sit silently. Be patient and grow comfortable with the quiet. Allow Him to prepare you in the waiting mode. You can’t be in a hurry to by pass this process of waiting on Him. You must remember, in ministry you have nothing to say unless He speaks and directs you.
Martha complained, until you take the time to listen and sit, you will not be ready. You will not be able to serve with a proper attitude. The laborers are few. It is a-lot of hard, and consistent work. Ministry places demands on a minister. That is why we often read about Jesus getting up early to escape and sit with the Father to refuel. Otherwise, you will experience spiritual burnout in your life. You will be complaining about how no-one is helping you out. You may have to go through this school often, as it breaks down the old man and kills the flesh. Sitting at His feet is a beautiful thing. Clinging to Him is something I will forever cherish.
I am honored to have experienced all the past years of growth. I have been listening to the Lord to share many things. These relate to the development of the “NEW MOVE” that He has been doing. I am grateful to been schooled to understand the importance of clinging to Jesus and also sitting at His feet. You must always return to the posture of humility and listen and evaluate yourself in Him. It will always be evolving. You will never outgrow clinging to Him. You will never outgrow sitting at His feet to meditate on the many revelations. He will give you secrets to share along the way. Your personal journey is a priceless privilege!

BECOMING MARY~THE MOTHER OF JESUS
Mary, the mother of Jesus, also had many deep spiritual, prophetic experiences and visits from angels. She learned to listen well to the messages. She wisely pondered upon the many truths that was revealed in her heart. It is unclear how much she was privileged to hear about her son, and what He would do for mankind. Who could she really turn to? Who would be able to offer her counsel? She was getting things fresh off the press, and the Lord was her only source of revelation and inspiration. She had to rely and rest in His timing, guidance in unfolding the prophetic timelines.
There was a famine of the Word for 400 years. As you read the text, you see the beginnings of a shift in fulfilling the long awaited promise. It marks the coming birth of the Messiah. The characters were aligning and forming divine connections. Now, they were at the edge of prophetic history and breaking ground for a new era.
The Holy Spirit was actively operating and speaking. He was down loading her information from His heart to hers. She had to keep them secret and quietly lodged within. She needed to meditate and pondered what it all meant. She waited on the Lord for direct revelation to work out all the details of His plans. This process developed a deep trust and patience in her heart. She learned to let go and let things fall into place in the timing He desired. We read this seemed to be a familiar occurrence in her life.
Mary was quiet within and still as she pondered her fate being newly pregnant with divine conception. I imagine she had every fear and emotion reeling within her. She navigated all the outward circumstances of facing her parents, Joseph, and the small community where she lived. When you’re seeking God, you should pray first. Ask Him to help you in your journey. Always be open to however He will do it. Don’t be afraid of what you will learn, and giving up the control, and how He will communicate with you. He will make it clear and simple as you can give Him the time. He will work out details and open up the right doors, and make the connections you need to fill your destiny.
God led her to Elizabeth who was also carrying a baby of promise and purpose, in her ripe age. Elizabeth was from the priestly tribe of Aaron. So she would be familiar with many spiritual traditions and practices. God was unfolding many things to her.
Zechariah, was the Jewish priest. The angel Gabriel presented himself to him with a message when he was in the temple. The message was about Elizabeth and him would be conceiving a son. He would be a forerunner to the Messiah, and to name him John. And so many other details. Many miracles and manifestations of supernatural power and knowledge, revealing God’s plans. Because of the famine of the Word, the priest questioned and doubted in his heart because of their old age. As a result, the angel said he would be mute until after his son was born. When he wrote his son would be named John, then he was able to speak again. He undoubtedly had an understanding of the prophetic process and how it operated. But, being in a famine of no spiritual movement, he gave into doubt which is a huge killer of faith.
It is also typical of a long famine of the move of God. In long dry seasons one would dry up spiritually. If you ever experienced it, you will understand why it’s so difficult. It is hard to bounce back as you did in your early years before the dry spell. If you haven’t experienced it, you will soon understand why it is so hard to get back your sense of confidence and trust what your hearing. The enemy will always be right there with the spirit of unbelief.
At the same time the Lord was revealing to Elizabeth her son’s part in the future of his cousin, Jesus. It helped Mary to have her Aunt, who was also pregnant with another piece of the prophetic puzzle of destiny. They could encourage each other during uncertain times. I am sure they would stay close together through the years. God will align you at the right moment. He will connect you with key figures. They will help you with your ministry when your season becomes a reality.
Mary traveled to visit Elizabeth. When they greeted each other, John and Jesus bumped into each other womb to womb. The spirit infused John, and he leaped within Elizabeth, and he was filled with the spirit. She also was filled and began prophesying over Mary. It gave Mary assurance and more confidence than before of what was happening within her. Fears and confusion vanquished. The boldness and the sheer delight of the Lord’s presence assured her that He would take care of her parents, and especially Joseph. We have to believe the Lord gave Mary many great assurances. She received deep, meditative strength to endure the pressure and warfare. She engaged in introspective reflections of processes and patterns of healthy communication with her God and her family. This helped her develop and establish an inward connection with the heartbeat of God.
If you choose to cling to the Lord, you will learn how to sit properly and quietly. You will contemplate your life. You will evaluate what is happening, and you will always see Him in a personal manner.
It had to have been surreal for her to see her son come full circle. She remembered everything Gabriel showed her. She was observing everything that was happening to Jesus. She recalled all the things from when she became pregnant, and all the things they were led to do. Being alone at this time as a widow had to sting her heart that Joseph was not there. It was nice that John and Mary Magdelene could come along side and stand with her. Jesus sensed all the transitions each one was adapting to throughout the harsh and traumatic experience He was enduring. Jesus spoke to His mother in John 19:26-27, Behold your son, and to John behold your mother, ensuring she was cared for after His death. It was a deep personal act, to think of his mother’s care after He died. In their culture, a son would fulfilled his duty to his parents. John, took her to his home and took great care of her.
How incredibly difficult it must have been for her. She knew her son had to suffer. He would die for all of mankind. For 33 years of digesting His fate. It was His mission and purpose. I believe any mother would be in great distress and agony to watch this tragic loss. All the years of pondering would never prepare her. You can imagine she thought about the meaning and the words of the prophet Simeon in Luke 2:35. Where she recalled the prophecy he spoke told when presenting Jesus at the temple. He said her soul would be pierced by a sword, meaning she would share in her son’s suffering. Especially watching His agonizing death. The child she carried, birthed and raised. There was a sacrifice of her own life to be the mother and caregiver of the loan deposited in her. She had to process the cross herself. She had to let go of all the control. This way, the whole world could partake of Him in God’s plan of Salvation.
She prepared for the end of this era, including His death, burial, resurrection and ascension. I am sure she was privy to many details and revelations about all this. Perhaps, Jesus was able to share some interesting insights into many different things to help her understand and prepare her.
John was also a clinger of Jesus. He leaned on Jesus breast, to ask who was it that would deceive Him at the last supper. Mary Magdelene also clung to Jesus. She and John stood at the cross, along with mother Mary. They both gave her an arm or hand to cling to. They also offered a breast to lean on. This helped support and sustain her in this intense spiritual plight. He will always be there for you. He is available during the most painful times. These are the times of surrendering something that you hold dear.
BECOMING YOU!

As you read, the above text, can you identify with Naomi, Ruth and Mary in your own experience? In your journey of deliverance, salvation and your devotion of your love for the Lord? Your transformation also has equal significance to the heart of God. It holds great importance, regardless of what you believe. You still captivate the heart of God, no matter your lack of commitment He loves you deeply. He is full on for you. He is intensely enthusiastic, committed, and all-in. His aim is to show you extreme focus and energy of His feelings and actions towards you. That is how He is. He is always interested in you and wants to engage in conversation about your relationship. Wow, reread that.
Who else is paying that type of attention to you and caring about every aspect of your life!?
This is not gender specific, it applies to male and female. If no one else reads this, my heart has been touched and impacted. I appreciate their testimonies from history. They enjoyed their personal encounters with Jesus. They did so with great joy in their life-altering stories that are still giving. It is great news! He is moved by your struggles and infirmities. He sees all your setbacks, and hindering progress. He sees your heart and knows it wants to gain freedom and a greater liberty. You are pressing through these for the most important breakthrough moment of your life. You will also have a grand testimony and enjoy breaking through to your freedom.
Many people have been in a long waiting period. He sees the longing for change. This feeling persists even when you feel like it will never be accomplished or achieved. You know you cannot produce anything fruitful apart from Him and without Him. His grace is required to manifest the inevitable outcome of your destiny and shift your life. You need the sanctification process to succeed in your hearts. You need the metamorphosis process to work and not just stay there stuck forever in the cycle and remain undone. You must trust the development of the new wine or oil processes. Being pressed, then you must learn to age and wait well. Sitting in a barrel tucked away in the old musty basement. Waiting patiently for the right moment to pop the cork, and enjoy the choicest and tasty wine. Like the fine wine Jesus created at the wedding feast. The best wine or the fresh anointing oil is always set apart. The fresh pure oil is for lighting the candles in the temple. Not just any oil would do. There is a great price to pay for the pressure in the pressing. So when you get to the place where you want to burst, just trust His timing.
Putting off the old self, involves not doing what you want to do. It means putting on the new man, that is created after the likeness of God. Eph.4:22-24, Learn to listening to the Holy Spirit who is working on the inner transformation with you. The goal is to be led by God. You should live unto your Lord. Your aim is to make your own life better and more secure in every aspect. To truly live your life unto your MASTER, you must deny your own wants daily.
At this point, you know He is yours and you are His. Do not live after your own false idols. Ruth and Mary made the exchange. They became sold out to the Lord. They let go of all the old ways and paid the price to get to the promised land. They embraced all Jesus had to offer in exchange. It was truly a gift. They were set free from the yoke of the past, and free to live in the present with all the wonderful unforgettable moments of their life. This freedom released them to become the best version of themselves. They would carry on with the power and presence of God to their bright future, that He laid out for them to walk in.

It speaks a lot that Jesus placed a great value on presenting Himself to Mary in the garden on resurrection day. He didn’t appear to His mother, or the loyal disciple and friend John. He appeared to her to be His messenger. He gave her a specific Word to inform the disciples that He was alive and risen, and He would be seeing them soon. The disciples were not buying it, they disregarded her, was she still invisible to them? They ran off to find Jesus. I see there will be many end time Mary’s who have been transformed the same way she was. Always overlooked. But Jesus called out to each one. They are His special kind of messengers. His true, anointed people, who won’t ever be qualified or be regarded, they will ignore, as what He spoke through Mary. They will never be mentor or listened to and they will always keep them at arms length. Just like they do with Jesus.
He will always choose someone who will confound the wise. Who dares to step out of their comfort zone! Who genuinely believes the Lord and cares for souls, and speaks out the truth in love and with the choice words He speaks, regardless of the circumstances or popularity! They are always willing to be ridiculed for what they are led to do. They step up to the plate obediently. They make sure that they listened properly. Then obey the full instructions to the T, as they sit at His feet. They are willing to break the alabaster box. They spend their all and pay the full cost for the oil. There are no cheap ways to obtain the best oil. The choice oil, has been pressed vigorously and used to light the menorah in the temple. The price she paid was costly, but worth every cent. This is an hour you must count the costs and be willing to take a risk. The Lord chose her to be a godly woman. Her life was forever changed by the divine grace. The Lord’s nature was pressed into her. This transformation was significant in her life. He intends to design this transformation also in your own life.

Lastly, what makes BECOMING you so special? What are the steps to take to become more successful in being a better version of yourself? How can you become more confident with your own skills and insights GOD GIVES YOU? Developing one’s identity in a psychological context involves change, growth, and self-discovery. “Becoming” is a noun that describes this journey. This is the mystery behind door number one. God wants YOU to know who you are. Whose you are! He also says, there is a great deal of truth in knowing what your life purpose is. Finding it. Then staying in that lane. Defining moments unveil parts of you. These moments open you up to understanding that not everyone will value or appreciate you as a unique human. Only God knows and celebrates the real you He created. We struggle to find this authentic being with in. Your experience might’ve been distorted by what others perceive as truth. Criticism and overly critical thinking shape in the young formative years. It trained your perception and understanding, sometimes minimizing His truth. Most families have dealt with much knocking, rivalry, degrading and destruction. It can take its toll. Then if you went through divorce, it would add another negative challenge. It would be on the list of things that you would be dealing with. Negativity affects your mental health. It influences how you feel and how you respond to each of these situations. The effect of so many negatives and not enough positives takes its toll on a mind and heart. Especially, if you are a person who likes to make others happy. Avoidance of your own self esteem and respect your personal happiness and fulfillment is not a priority. This is why many suffer. There too many people suffering lifelong pain and not knowing who they are or how to figure it out.

God wants to help you to find and destroy the lies that have kept you shackled. These lies are what others bound you to by saying you are what they see. You need to reject and denounce them. That is all based on lies. No one but God created you. Noone but God can define you. He alone says, it is important how you SEE YOURSELF! He spoke this to me. Regarding the same things I am writing about here with you. I also know our God wants you and I to have overcoming victory.
You must know that your own abilities are useless apart from God. If you don’t know the cost, or count the cost it may be easier to continue doing the same thing. But, living below the average means you will never obtain the choice life He desires for you. You will not walk in the overcoming victory you desire.

The process of making you and becoming you is gradual. It is a process of transition from glory to glory, from one day to the next. You will discover humility, yielding, surrender and submission is processing and the down payment. Obedience and prayer you will learn developing your skills, knowledge, and obedience will become your primary focus. Your own prayers will be answered and carry weighty glory. He is moved by your infirmities and your desires. He sees the longing for change. You know you cannot produce it without Him. His grace manifests the inevitable outcome of your destiny and your desire to change. Dependent upon His grace and mercy, we need the sanctification process to succeed in our own lives. We need the metamorphosis process to work and not just stay there forever stuck in a cycle and remain undone.
Putting off the old self, involves not doing what you always want to do. It also means putting on the new self. You are created after the likeness of God Ephesians 4:22-24. It involves listening to the Holy Spirit who works the inner transformation with each believer. The Holy Spirit empowers believers to walk obediently through the darkness. He goes ahead with the ability to enable victory. This allows us to live a life in the light of Jesus. The goal is to be led by God. You should live unto your Lord. Your aim is to make your own life better and more secure in every aspect. To truly live your life unto your MASTER, you must deny your own wants. Do not live after your own false idols. This is exchanged for the truth of what is God’s best for you. His best is what you must seek out at all costs to obtain the highest level of satisfaction possible.
Let go of the past and mediocrity of the norm. There is much more to obtain by letting go of the lifestyle you have clung onto and have been living. You will gain through the process of dying from the old ways you have created. Recognize the control you hold over yourself. Let go of the pen. Give up on trying to make yourself happy. Stop trying to make yourself feel better by filling up your life with things. Let the Lord write upon your heart and soul and truly you will become blessed and sincerely grateful. God alone has given you a beautiful gift of life. You will see this in your giving up the will to control your own destiny. He knows how to bring every person lasting satisfaction to satiate their pain with His love and kindness. We learn to walk after the Spirit of God. Peace and joy guide us. We are no longer pushed ahead by the flesh in an impulsive and chaotic manner. There is significant difference between both. The world chooses immediate satisfaction. In contrast, walking in the Spirit, we deny ourselves. We wait on the Lord’s timing for fulfilling our desires. He does a greater job at bringing people closer to Him. We can see it all through the scriptures.

Other people who you admire and look up to don’t get to choose what they think God wants for them. They also don’t get to choose what God wants for you. We don’t pick our own calling. We don’t decide our hair color, eye color, our body type, or our own personality. Our parents DNA and our life style reflects much of them. Don’t allow people to silence you about your dreams. Your life and personal intimacy with the Lord are not supposed to look like everyone else’s. We are called to be different. We are responsible for ensuring our relationship with Him reflects our own life. We all shine for Him. Some a little brighter than others. But we all come together in maturity and love and should value each others unique qualities and experiences. Some people just don’t have the ability to appreciate others as God intended them to. Sadly, it is what causes so many divisions and disunity in our society.

We need a better understanding and perspective on our own individual lives and stop comparing ourselves to others. It is diminishing your own shine and self respect as well as sabotaging your purpose. Pursue the Lord in His Word. Illuminate your own heart. Gain a revelation of who you are meant to be. Be determined. Pray to the Lord to help you let go. Get back on track with your walk and your journey. Stop looking at where others are. Focus on your own path. Seek where you are now and where He wants you to be. Are you walking in the path you are anointed in?

You are unique, special and valuable to your God! Many people feel hindered. They try to fit into someone else’s ideology and beliefs. They morph into an identity that God has no hand in. We need to examine this closely. We should ask God to search our hearts. This will reveal the truth about who we are. It will also show who we are not. Starting first with the truth of whose you aren’t! You don’t belong to the devil. As much time as he will spend speaking in your head, deny him the access to your soul. You don’t have to listen to his lies, and he won’t cheer you on when you hear from the Lord. He will be right there to cause you to doubt Him. He will bring people who don’t value your existence. They will make you feel bad about yourself because you don’t fit in with their lives or ideologies. It is ok to be different and not shine like others do. You may not fit in a system that will promote you to be yes man, and do not make waves. But God called you to stand apart from the crowds. He caused you to be a voice to sound the alarm. To be a watchman on the wall. To observe your own life and value the person God made you to be. You will learn to embrace your own existence as a person and celebrate your life with God’s grace.
You will start to learn to relax that you don’t have it all together. You can begin to enjoy the process and journey of becoming you…the way God intended to make you. Give Him back His pen and eraser. Your life is a canvas. He will be able to sketch out His purposes, plans, and goals for you. Just as He did with Joseph,God will paint you with a coat of many colors. Joseph began to understand his situation in the prison system. He realized he could not escape unless God opened the door with His key. He stayed there for years. Then God aligned him with his destiny at the right time. He was able to save many families including his own. You and I are still evolving into the people God created us to be. He alone has a purpose and design for you. He isn’t constantly nitpicking and head flicking you for not being this or that. No, He already knows who He made you to be.

Stop allowing others to define you by what their standards are and in comparison to themselves. It will never be good enough, and it doesn’t edify your character and your life. You’re not them. You are you. Your life matters to God. Only you can reach the people God wants you to impact from your life, by being true to yourself. That version of you is what matters. This is who God needs to manifest. It is time to stop all the stress and suffering that you aren’t good enough and you aren’t valued. You are valued by the Lord. He needs you healed and whole to be able to use you to help others to the fullest possible capacity. You must understand and stand apart in your unique blueprint and vision that God intends only for you. When you find it difficult to believe or embrace, let go of the ridicule others place on you. Release yourself from the negativity from others. The Lord will give you the grace and strength to make steps forward. He will bring you a new beginning and a new community that will encourage and embrace you.

Be true to yourself in this process of becoming the real you. Take the necessary time to discover and seek the Lord first. Then ask Him to help you find your path. Confirm your interpretation of the vision He has given you. Love yourself for all your flaws and abilities. Work hard and make a greater commitment to your God. Ask Him to help you fulfill His call upon your life. Mainly, accept all He wants to do. Just like Joseph, God will fulfill your destiny with great blessings. These blessings will be more than you feel you deserve. Do your best to break the chains that hinder you. Step into the future with your purpose. Dedicate yourself to honor God in all He will do in your life. It is all meant to bring Him glory and help others to come forward to overcome their own difficulties.

Let God write His words on your heart. Be all He has called you to be, but more importantly be whose you are. Live in that stream of love and peace and joy will follow you. God is the artist of your life. Let Him beautify your soul. Give Him all the room. Clear your heart and mind of preconceptions and preconceived dreams. Allow Him to be the author of your journey. Let Him finish the art of you becoming a true artist of His creation. Keep your focus and commitment to serve and live fully in His will for your life. Enjoy the priceless process of living. Be present every day of your life and live, move, and have your being in Jesus. Acts 17:28.
